Her idea was simple: bold global flavors, served family-style, with guests treated like family. The neighborhood grew up around her.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_to_Order\"><\/span>What to Order<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ask any Chicagoan: the green beans with fish-sauce vinaigrette and cashews are non-negotiable, even for people who swear they never order vegetables. Beyond that, graze across goat empanadas, the sticky glazed pork shank, and whichever seasonal plates the kitchen is riffing on that week \u2014 the menu changes constantly, which is half the fun.
